Hello, my name is David, and I grew up in Chicagoland. In 2020, my wife PJ and I moved our family to Florida, where we’ve built our home and have planted deep roots along the Gulf Coast. Today, I’m focused on helping others discover and enjoy the lifestyle that first drew us here.

With more than 20 years of experience in medical practice consulting, business operations, marketing, and sales, I’ve dedicated my career to helping professionals build, grow, and maximize the value of their businesses. I’ve been blessed with PJ as my partner for more than 26 years, and married for 23 of them. She is a recognized expert in residential real estate with a stellar track record in design, staging, and marketing and selling homes for top dollar. We’re grateful to now serve clients together at Coldwell Banker Next Generation Realty, where our complementary strengths give buyers and sellers a unique edge.

Family is at the center of everything we do. Our son, Sonny, is pursuing his real estate license after becoming a world champion in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and our daughter, Harlow, a senior at Lecanto High, also has a growing interest in real estate. Together, we’re building a family legacy rooted in discipline, creativity, and service.

While I primarily work out of the Crystal River branch, my focus spans the Gulf Coast communities, from waterfront living to golf course neighborhoods and everything in between.
