Tenants
Seasonal/Vacation rentals are all-inclusive. These rentals are fully furnished with house wares and lines. They also included utilities, lawn care and pool care (if applicable). The utilities include water, sewer, local phone calls (a card for long distance) and cable. Seasonal/Vacation homes lease anywhere from $1400 to $2,300 per month. Long-Term Rentals
Houses can be rented for a six months, plus one day to one year
with options to renew. Generally, the tenants pay for all the utilities.
Rental rates can vary from $750.00 per month to $1,500 per month.

She currently lives in Old Homosassa on the water and in her time off enjoys sailing, boating and fishing. She has two grown sons and two granddaughters that also live in Homosassa. Cristine Nolan is a Licensed Property Manager for
Coldwell Banker Next Generation Realty. She joined the Coldwell
Banker Property Management Team in 2008. Cristine manages
properties in the northern part of Citrus County, primarily
in Crystal River, Lecanto, Hernando, Citrus Springs and Beverly
Hills. Customer Service has been her profession for over 25
years and she is proud to be part of a team that provides
